Again one quote from the movie ´The society of dead poets´? Well yes, somehow this movie encourages people to follow their own passions and talents and also go to the woods.

Are you feeling stressed? Powerless? Without energy? Well this is the time to recharge your battery. How?

Reiki is a technique that channels the universal energy to heal you. I can perform it on distance and each session lasts approximately 15-20 min.

Once the reiki session is done, it will work on your physical & mental state giving you a boost or distributing the energy where it is needed the most.

It is particularly helpful when your energy is low and you need to recharge your battery. You can book one or more sessions here.


Spending some hours in nature (at least 2) can have positive effects on our body, brain and immune system. You can just walk, meditate or simply observe the nature. It is the ideal place for meditation.

In Japan the technique to spend time in the nature is called Shinrin-yoku, ´forest bathing´, where you consciously connect with the nature via your senses. Soon I will prepare a page about this 🙂


If you are more active or prefer more dynamic, practicing sport and outdoor activities can be your definitive option. The benefits are:

  • You will feel happier
  • Higher self-esteem and self-confidence will improve
  • Vitamin D level will increase due to exposure to sunlight
  • You will increase the duration of your exercise

Maybe you are thinking…thanks! I already know that. However, it might be that you are so busy you do not have time for yourself. What you need is quality time to please yourself and your soul:

  • Each day do something that makes you feel energetic, even for 10 minutes
  • Do not postpone it – it means that you are making someone else happy and not the most important person in your life: you.
  • Love yourself! Make it a kind of date with yourself to go to that event, spa or whatever you like.
